Concerto Development signed three leases with Frans Maas to develop three parcel delivery hubs in Orléans (45), Evreux (27) and Nantes (44), respectively.

Concerto Development will construct buildings of approximately 1,500 m² enabling Frans Maas to develop its network in France. France Mass, a Dutch group, is a logistics expert specialising in cutting-edge chemical technology or motor vehicles. By developing its European network, Frans Maas has also become a leader in many other sectors such as transport for the glass, pharmaceutical and plastics industries.
