Concerto Development acquired 59,086 m² located in Trappes (78) at 2 rue Enrico Fermi. The seller is Fiat Auto France. This building is leased partly to Hays Logistics; the rest of the building is occupied by Tibbet and Britten.

The Tibbet and Britten part will undergo major redevelopment. This hub was acquired under realtor regulations with the intention of being resold as soon as work is done. This operation is the take-off point for a new line of building renovation and upgrading to standards under current regulations.

In the years to come this line of development will be one of Concerto Development's priorities.
