Through its subsidiary SCI Aulnes Development, Concerto Development has signed a promise on a plot at Mitry Mory (77) to build the local branch of L'Oréal in the Ile-de-France area. On 28 May 2003 L'Oreal contracted a lease with Concerto Development for 9 years, due to start mid 2005.
