The 3rd of November 2004 Concerto Development has sold (Forward Funding Sale) to Minton Distribution France LTD three warehouses located in Nantes, Orléans and Evreux.
These three warehouses are carried out by Concerto Development on behalf of Frans Maas International BV, a Dutch carrier.
The delivery is scheduled for the end of 2004.
