Concerto Developpement (Affine Group) enters the Spanish market and has set up a subsidiary: Concerto Développement Iberica. A first 150,000 sqm platform will be developed in the suburbs of Barcelona at La Bisbal and others projects are in progress in Madrid, Sevilla and Tarragona.
