La Bisbal del Penedés

Concerto Développement, a company of Affine group, inaugurated on June 21st a 15,000 sqm warehouse located in La Bisbal de Penedes near Barcelona. This warehouse has been sold to an institutional investor and a lease has just been signed with the logistician Carreras Almacenaje y Distribucion. Concerto Développement was proposed the land by EXA, and was advised for the acquisition and development operations by A. Bover (Cabinet Mazars).
