Concerto Developpement, an Affine Group subsidiary, completed the construction of a 30,000 m² logistics platform for the Samada Group at Marly La Ville, on the same site where Concerto Développement built an initial 30,000 m² building for the Sanofi Aventis Group in “2004”. This logistics park will ultimately be formed of three warehouses with a logistics platform of over 14,000 m² scheduled to start during the first quarter of 2007. The CGI Group is Concerto Développement’s investor partner on the site.
