Concerto Développement Iberica, an Affine Group subsidiary, signed a lease with the Carreras Transportes Group for a 14,720 m² logistics platform built on a 24,800 sqm site at La Bisbal Del Penedes, 70 Km from Barcelona. This was the first deal concluded by the Spanish subsidiary of the Concerto Développement Group. Three further projects have just been launched, one north of Barcelona with 40,000 sqm in net floor area split between three buildings, one east of Madrid with 20,000 sqm in net floor area split and one south of Madrid with 60,000 sqm in net floor area split between two or three buildings.
